Do not remove, edit, or otherwise alter my watermark. You are not allowed to claim the art as yours.
If you wish to have any edits or alterations made to the art, please contact me.

No physical product will be shipped to the clients. Commissioned artworks are digital products.

These types of commission prices and times will vary depending on the complexity of the subjects.

As the artist, I have the right to refuse any commission.

Payment is up front and in full for commissions under $180.
Otherwise, payment is 50% upfront and 50% after sketch.

All payments are through PayPal.
Invoices will be used.

  • I have the right to use the commission for self promotion and upload it on my social media/portfolio. If you would like to keep them private, please let me know.

  • Prices start at x1.5-2 the original amount.

  • Terms will vary depending on the project. Please email me for discussions.

  • I retain the right to display non-confidential work in my portfolio unless an NDA is included.

  • Negotiation is open for discussion otherwise.

LONG-TERM COLLABORATIONS

  • Rights: client receives usage rights limited to the scope specified in the contract. Full ownership or transfer of copyright is not automatic and requires a separate buyout fee.

  • I retain the right to display non-confidential work in my portfolio unless an NDA is included.

  • Rates scale with project duration, complexity, exclusivity requirements, and IP transfer.

  • Additional work outside the written scope is billed as separate tasks.
